We Are One
Operation HOPE A Daily Practice of Gratitude
At noon, wherever you are, take two minutes.
Give thanks.
Thank you for life. Thank you for love. Thank you for peace.

At noon, wherever you are, take two minutes.
Give thanks.
Thank you for life. Thank you for love. Thank you for peace.

Operation HOPE is a simple invitation to the human family.
Every day, at noon wherever you are, take two minutes and practice gratitude. No required religion. No required philosophy. No required scientific theory. No required words.
Four times each year, at the equinoxes and solstices, we gather for twenty minutes in a shared moment of gratitude.
Operation HOPE grew from decades of thinking about human connection, sound, consciousness, Indigenous knowledge, science, music, and the things that unite us across our differences.
We do not have to agree about why it might matter.
We can simply do it together.
Let the human family remember itself.
If you have a question, want to participate, or are interested in collaborating with Operation HOPE, send a message. I’ll respond as soon as I can.
Whether you’re reaching out about the daily practice, the seasonal gatherings, the research, the music, or an idea of your own, I’d like to hear from you.
